Notes

The eighth edition of Thomas Hutchinson's reputation-making edition of Xenophon's Cyropaedia, first published in 1727 and reprinted once a decade thereafter. Later editions become harder to find, and ESTC locates just 5 copies of this one (BL, Morrab, NLI, Cornell, Illinois).
