A very nice copy of the first printing of these important lectures by the Nobel-winning physicist Hendrik Antoon Lorentz (1853-1928) - the first full treatment of his theory of electrons, produced around the same time that his earlier work on electrodynamics was forming the basis of Einstein's special relativity.
